Directions

In pressure cooker, brown meat without oil.

Add balsamic vinegar, water and veal stock.

Pressure on high for 45 minutes, quick release.

Add vegetables and pressure on high for 7 minutes, natural release.

Add more water, if necessary.

Thicken with thickening agent, if desired.

2 large rutabagas

2 large turnips

2 large potatoes

1/2 pounds fresh green beans

2 large carrots

2 cups beans, cooked

1 cup dry grains, your choice (quinoa, teff or amaranth all work well)

1 large onion

4 tablespoons garlic oil

1/3 cup beef base

12 cups water

Fresh herbs

Salt and pepper

Thickening agent
